To begin production on your order, please follow the steps below and review our **Terms and Conditions** before placing an order.  Step 1:
Visit our website to choose your desired product from our **Casual Wear, Fashion Jackets, or Fitness Wear** collections and submit a **Request for a Free Design Mock‑up** online. You may also email us your preferred design (include details such as product type, size, color preferences, and logo).
Our design team will send your free mock‑up within **24 hours**. Once you approve the final mock‑up, email us your complete order details including:
* Product type and sizes
* Quantity
* Customization details (if any)
* Your full name and shipping address
* Required delivery date
 Step 2:
After receiving your order details, we will create and email your **invoice**. Please review it carefully. When ready, you can make payment using the following options:
* Credit/Debit Card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express)
* Bank Wire Transfer
* Western Union
* MoneyGram
For assistance with payment, our customer service team is always available.
 Step 3:
Once payment is received, we will send you your **Order Confirmation** within **24 hours or less**. Please review and confirm the details. After your confirmation, production will begin immediately.
When your order is shipped, we will provide you with a **tracking number** via email. You may also contact our support team anytime to check your order status.
We also offer a **100% Refund on Custom Sample Orders** — the sample cost will be credited towards your next invoice when you place a full order. (7–10 day turnaround available for rush orders.)
